Stusrud has more than 20 years of executive and legislative experience focused on federal infrastructure policy. At HNTB, she supports its national grants practice, providing strategic advisory for federal funding, project selection and grant writing. Throughout her career, Stusrud has served as a counselor to the U.S. Secretary of Transportation and as Chief of Staff for a U.S. House of Representative member. Her project experience includes the Airport Transit Connection: Central Mobility Hub in San Diego, California, the Brent Spence Bridge in Ohio and Kentucky, and the Hood River-White Salmon Interstate Bridge Replacement in Oregon and Washington.
