For security purposes, HNTB passwords must be reset every 90 days. This page provides guidelines to HNTB employees and external account holders on the proper procedures to reset your password.
Employees on HNTB computers
- Lock your computer.
- On the login page, click the Reset Password link.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to reset your password.
External Employees / External Account Holders
- Access Specops: LINK
- Enter your HNTB username.
- Have Duo Security authenticate your identity.
- Reset your password following the on-screen instructions.
