Brings more than 25 years of experience with California capital improvement projects
LOS ANGELES (Sept. 28, 2022) – Kenneth Oh joined HNTB Corporation as construction services group director and associate vice president. Based in the firm’s downtown Los Angeles office, his responsibilities include serving the highway construction management market for Southern California. He will support the firm’s ongoing Southern California construction projects, including ExpressLanes Program Management Support Services, California High Speed Rail and Interstate 10 Express Lanes, among others.

Oh’s extensive background includes transportation design, program management and construction management experience. His previous projects include the Gerald Desmond Bridge Replacement Project for the Port of Long Beach and the West County Connector Project for Orange County Transportation Authority. Prior to joining HNTB, he worked both as a private consultant and in the public sector.
Oh received a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from University of Washington and a Master of Science in civil engineering from California State University Long Beach. He is a registered Professional Engineer in the state of California.
