Recognition highlights HNTB’s continuous commitment to cultivating a supportive and dynamic work environment
MINNEAPOLIS (June 23, 2025)— HNTB’s Minneapolis office has once again been recognized by the Star Tribune as one of Minnesota’s 2025 Top Workplaces. This award is based exclusively on employee feedback regarding aspects of workplace culture.
“This recognition reflects the strength of our culture — one where people feel deeply connected to their work, supported by their colleagues and inspired by the communities we serve,” said Sara Hage, AICP, ASLA, HNTB’s Minnesota office leader and vice president. “It’s that sense of purpose and belonging that makes HNTB such a meaningful place to build a career.”
Hage noted that, as demand grows for modernized transportation and resilient infrastructure, the firm is expanding its local team — with a strong focus on construction management, roadway and bridge design and program management professionals.
The firm has played or is currently working on several notable projects in the state, including the Hennepin Avenue Bridge, Third Avenue Bridge, Metro Orange Line bus rapid transit (BRT) and the recently opened Metro Gold Line BRT — Minnesota’s first BRT line operating primarily within its own dedicated lane.
Those interested in joining a recognized leader in transportation and infrastructure should visit HNTB’s career site for current job openings and more information about our workplace culture.
