We’ll explore what an Owner Advisor is, the value they bring to design-build projects and how an Owner Advisor interacts with the design-build team. - Design Management – What Designers and Builders Need to Know
- In this facilitated panel discussion, members of DBIA’s National A/E Advisory Committee discuss their insights into Design Management Done Right - and done not so right. Representing the prime designer, primary consultants, and the design-builder, panelists will share the top things that design managers should do and should not do to set the overall design process up for success. Each panelist draws on decades of successful design-build experience and lessons learned while bringing a distinct perspective characteristic of their different role in the team.
