Agers serves as a leader demonstrating HNTB’s culture and taking personal responsibility for making success happen
KANSAS CITY, Mo. (March 20, 2024) – HNTB Corporation recognized Kristine Agers, Seattle Office Leader, for its Living the HNTB Vision Award. The Living the HNTB Vision award recognizes an HNTB leader who lives the Vision in all they do, including:
- Serving as a role model to others in advancing the firm.
- Demonstrating HNTB’s culture while consistently delivering projects on time and on budget for clients.
- Taking personal responsibility for making success happen.
- Expecting more of themselves while collaborating for the benefit of everyone in the firm, our industry and our communities.
Known as a dedicated and success-oriented leader, Agers helped develop a volunteer team to create a mentoring program for employees at all levels. She is also an advocate for the advancement of women and those underrepresented in the transportation industry. She has served on industry organization boards and has helped connect businesses with firms to enhance transportation-related programs.
