Program manager brings 15 years of experience in transportation and information technology
SANTA ANA, Calif. (March 2, 2023) – Kimanh Doan has joined HNTB Corporation as Southern California toll services director. Based in the firm’s Santa Ana office, she will be responsible for the management and delivery of end-to-end program management consulting services for the firm’s tolling programs. Her role includes working with the firm’s clients to define staffing needs, support growth and mentor other toll professionals.

Doan has more than 15 years of experience managing complex projects in various industries, including 10 years’ experience in the transportation industry for clients including the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority, Orange County Transportation Authority, the Riverside County Transportation Commission and the California Department of Transportation.
Prior to joining HNTB, she developed program management offices overseeing multi-million-dollar portfolios for state agencies in Washington, Mississippi and Georgia. Most recently, she developed and implemented global program management and process improvement initiatives within Amazon’s Student Programs internship program and the Global Customer Fulfillment organizations.
Doan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology and a Master of Public Administration degree from the University of Southern California. She is a certified Project Management Professional and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
