Political and government affairs expert brings 15 years of experience working with Los Angeles elected officials
LOS ANGELES (May 9, 2023) – Jessica Duboff has joined HNTB Corporation as West Division government relations director. Based in the firm’s Los Angeles office, she will focus on building relationships with local government officials, developing strategies and overseeing the firm’s government relations consultants.
“Jessica brings valuable insights and experience to our West Division team as we continue to strengthen and build strong relationships with our key stakeholders,” said Michelle Dippel, HNTB Western U.S. president. “Her ability to navigate the complexities of government relations and policies for a wide variety of infrastructure issues at all levels of government will be a significant asset.”
Duboff has 15 years of experience in Southern California working for Los Angeles area elected officials and on behalf of the private infrastructure sector. In previous roles, she served as vice president of public policy for the Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce, deputy district director for former Congressmember Jane Harman, and engaged in several mayoral campaigns in Los Angeles.
Duboff received a Bachelor of Arts degree in mass communication from the University of California Berkeley and a Master of Arts degree in strategic public relations from the University of Southern California.
