Chris Jandoli joins HNTB as planning department manager

Accomplished transportation and environmental planner with broad experience on a variety of multimodal transportation, public transit, environmental and land use projects

PHILADELPHIA (Nov. 14, 2023) Chris Jandoli, AICP joins HNTB Corporation, a leading infrastructure solutions firm, as a planning department manager. With more than 28 years of experience in both public and private sectors, Jandoli has demonstrated his expertise in advancing major infrastructure projects and programs involving multimodal transportation, transit, rail, environmental initiatives and land use projects. Early in his career, he spent nearly 10 years with NJ TRANSIT and the Metropolitan Transportation Authority.

Jandoli’s impressive career spans all planning phases, from project inception and capital allocation to multimodal corridor design, funding and finance, long-term transportation planning, transit operations, complete streets and Vision Zero, agency strategic planning, system expansion planning, environmental assessments and NEPA compliance, and transit network analyses.

In his new role, Jandoli will deliver infrastructure and mobility solutions to existing clients, such as SEPTA, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation and the Delaware River Port Authority, among others throughout the Commonwealth.

Prior to joining HNTB, Jandoli served as the Mid-Atlantic planning and environment manager for another consulting firm. Jandoli holds a master’s degree in city and regional planning from Rutgers University and a bachelor’s degree in political science from Boston College. He is certified by the American Institute of Certified Planners.
