Andrea Meyerowitz joins HNTB’s national Advisory practice

Expertise in a broad range of financing and delivery models will help guide clients on large-scale transportation projects

LOS ANGELES (March 4, 2024) – Andrea Meyerowitz has joined HNTB Corporation as a vice president in the firm’s Advisory practice. Based in HNTB’s Los Angeles office, Meyerowitz will serve clients nationwide on financial and strategic advice for complex and large-scale transportation projects and programs.

Meyerowitz brings 15 years of experience advising the public and private sector on the funding and delivery of infrastructure projects across the U.S. and Australia. She has advised clients on a variety of procurement models, including alliance, design-build, progressive design-build, construction manager/general contractor, operations and maintenance agreements and public-private partnerships.

Prior to joining HNTB, Meyerowitz served in leadership roles for multinational companies with focus on financial and strategic advice on infrastructure programs and projects for public and private sector clients. This includes work with the California High-Speed Rail Authority, the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority, the Port of Los Angeles, San Diego Association of Governments and the Honolulu Authority Rapid Transportation.

HNTB’s Advisory practice provides a holistic, strategic perspective to help clients develop and deliver their most complex programs. As the lead commercial advisor on large, complex projects and programs, the firm works directly with clients’ executive-level management to provide strategic and commercial advice, drawing on legal, technical, management and policy expertise. The practice brings in-depth knowledge of innovative delivery models along with substantial transactional experience and understanding of public and private sector perspectives to drive innovation and facilitate informed decision-making across disciplines.
