Hrncir, senior program and project manager, has been with HNTB for 35 years and has led many major programs from our Houston office. Hrncir is part of the Trans-Texas Corridor Engineering Program Management team and works directly with the Texas Turnpike Authority Division of the Texas Department of Transportation and the Federal Highway Administration. He received a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Texas.
