Based in the Kansas City office, McCombs focuses on analysis and design of unique bridge structures. She has more than two decades of experience and volunteers for the National Steel Bridge Alliance Collaboration. After studying technical drafting, McCombs earned both a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Kansas.
