Riegel has diverse expertise in the geotechnical design and construction of bridge, highway, tunnel, dam and site-development projects, including geotechnical investigation, analysis, design and inspection for bridge, tunnel, highway-embankment and retaining-wall support for complex infrastructure projects. His experience also includes condition assessment and rehabilitation of dams and the administration and inspection of soil-boring operations and laboratory-testing programs.
