Tapp brings more than 20 years of experience helping owners with the program development and innovative delivery management on highly complex, multiphase infrastructure projects. She specializes in quantitative analysis to support risk-adjusted cost and schedule forecasts for agencies. Tapp’s project experience includes work throughout Michigan, such as the QLine streetcar system in Detroit, the Blue Water Bridge Plaza Expansion in Port Huron and the Interstate 94 modernization program in Detroit.
