Kevin Hoeflich is HNTB’s toll market practice leader with 30 years of diverse transportation and program management/general engineering consultant experience, more than 20 of which have been dedicated to the toll industry. Kevin has served for more than five years as the National Tolls Market Leader for two major consulting engineering firms. In that role, he was responsible for all tolls-related resources in multiple offices nationwide and developed overall strategy, monitored operations, and deployed resources to maximize results for clients, while also being responsible for growing the overall tolls practice. He also served as a program director for an FTE General Engineering Consultant contract and committed more than 16 years to this program. Kevin provides counsel and services to HNTB projects nationwide, including program management and priced managed lanes. He also develops and executes strategy and partners with the firm’s national transportation practice to develop toll opportunities for state departments of transportation. Kevin will be responsible for directing and deploying resources of the HNTB Team to successfully complete the contract requirements.
