Rohrer brings more than 20 years of experience in the use of innovative and alternative project delivery methods focusing on the alignment of technical requirements, risk allocation and appropriate commercial frameworks. Throughout his career, he has developed and negotiated concession agreements that provide additional insights and perspectives on how best to structure new projects or programs for maximum effectiveness. Rohrer’s project experience includes the Dulles Corridor Metrorail Project in Northern Virginia and the San Diego Regional Rail Infrastructure Accelerator.
