Blasi is a transportation planning engineer and project manager who leads the integrated planning solutions group’s traffic simulation practice in the Kansas City office. Also, he founded and leads the firm’s transportation planning modelers user group, which connects more than 100 HNTB modelers who regularly meet to discuss planning model topics. Blasi earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and a master’s degree in transportation engineering from Washington University.
