Miller has served as a project manager and project engineer on a wide range of transportation planning and traffic engineering projects. Specific areas of expertise include traffic operations analysis, Intelligent Transportation Systems, travel demand modeling and traffic signal design. He serves as an industry resource on all areas of ITS as well as integrating ITS systems into a wide range of environments.
