Foree is a senior technical adviser and project manager in the bridge section of the Overland Park, Kansas, office. She has been with the firm for 40 years and is involved in all phases of preliminary and final design and contract preparation for simple and complex bridge structures and retaining walls. Foree received a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Michigan State University and a master’s degree from the University of Missouri.
