Williams brings more than 15 years of experience working for and advising transportation and mobility companies specialized in infrastructure operations, highway management, public-private partnership (P3), road charging solutions and services, and mobility payments. Throughout his career, Williams has served as a private developer on more than 50 transportation projects and in the road mobility sector as a leader on technology suppliers and advisors, focused on tolling, road charging, electric vehicle management and connected vehicle mobility. He has served as owner representative on P3s and delivery option analysis work for departments of transportation in Georgia, Texas and North Carolina.
