Doyle brings two decades of experience in project development and public-private partnership (P3) to large infrastructure projects in the highways, transit and rail sectors. He is an expert in developing asset management programs for infrastructure programs and experienced as a private developer and advisor to government owners. Doyle’s project experience includes the Interstate 595 roadway improvements in Florida, the State Highway 288 Toll Lanes in Texas and Portsmouth Bypass in Ohio.
