Open house event connects clients, partners, and community leaders to celebrate a shared vision for advancing transformative infrastructure
MADISON, WI (Oct. 15, 2025) – HNTB Corporation marked a significant milestone in its Wisconsin operations with an open house celebrating its new office space in downtown Madison. The event, held at the firm’s new office in the U.S. Bank Plaza building on Capitol Square, welcomed clients, partners and community leaders, including Deputy Mayor Christie Baumel.
“This new downtown office strengthens our ability to collaborate with our clients and community partners to deliver transportation solutions that reflect the region’s values and vision,” said Thomas J. (T.J.) Dougherty, PE, HNTB’s Wisconsin office leader and vice president. “As Madison continues to evolve, we’re committed to shaping infrastructure that supports growth and creates lasting impact.”
HNTB has been or is currently involved with some of the most high-profile infrastructure projects in the region, including the Madison Beltline Flex Lanes, the I-39/90/94 Corridor Study, the US 51 Corridor study, Amtrak’s Twin Cities-Milwaukee-Chicago passenger rail line, the Madison Passenger Rail Station Location Study, Wisconsin River Bridges construction, Lone Rock Bridge design-build construction and the construction of Madison’s first Bus Rapid Transit project – the East-West corridor.
