Proven relationship builder to lead continued growth and client service across Indiana
INDIANAPOLIS (June 11, 2026) – HNTB has named Kelli McNamara Indiana office leader and vice president. In her new role, McNamara will oversee operations, strategic growth and client service for the firm’s Indiana office.
Since joining HNTB two years ago as Indiana business development director, McNamara has played a central role in strengthening the firm’s presence across the state.
“Kelli has consistently demonstrated what it means to lead with relationships first,” said Eric Morris, president of HNTB’s Great Lakes Division. “She brings a deep understanding of the Indiana market, a strategic mindset and a genuine commitment to developing people.
