HNTB’s Ohio office recognized as a Best Place to Work by Columbus Business First

Award recognizes the firm’s positive company culture and investment in people

COLUMBUS, Ohio – (Oct. 07, 2026) – HNTB has been named one of the 2026 Best Places to Work by Columbus Business First, an annual program recognizing organizations that foster outstanding workplace cultures.

HNTB was recognized in the Medium Employer category, which includes organizations with 50 to 99 employees. Winners are selected based on confidential employee feedback in areas such as employee engagement, communication, leadership, trust and teamwork. Organizations recognized through the program demonstrate a commitment to employee well-being, professional development and long-term success.

“This recognition is especially meaningful because it comes directly from our employees,” said Sarah Lee, Ohio office leader and vice president at HNTB. “The talented professionals who make up our Ohio team are passionate about serving our clients, supporting one another and making a positive impact in the communities where we live and work. We are proud of the collaborative culture we’ve built and remain committed to creating opportunities for our employees to grow, contribute and succeed.”

HNTB’s Ohio team is helping deliver some of the state’s most significant transportation infrastructure investments in the state, including the Brent Spence Bridge Corridor Program in Cincinnati, the North Coast Connector project in Cleveland, the LinkUS mobility initiative in Central Ohio, improvements along the U.S. 33 corridor in Athens County and other programs focused on enhancing mobility, safety and economic growth for Ohio communities.
