HNTB’s Milwaukee office is among Best Places to Work for fourth consecutive year

Recognition reinforces HNTB’s culture and employee satisfaction

MILWAUKEE (Sept. 6, 2022) – HNTB Corporation’s Milwaukee office is among the Best Places to Work in southeastern Wisconsin, according to the Milwaukee Business Journal.

The annual honor measures confidential employee survey responses to questions in key areas including personal engagement, culture, leadership, job satisfaction and retention. An evaluation of HNTB’s corporate practices, policies, philosophy and demographics also are included in the ranking.

“As we continue to serve clients in Wisconsin and across the country, it is a tremendous honor to be recognized for the fourth year in a row as one of the best places to work,” said Ashley Booth, Wisconsin office leader and vice president of HNTB. “We aim to cultivate an environment that embraces inclusivity, collaboration and innovation where every person has the opportunity for personal and professional growth. This recognition further fuels our determination to have the strongest teams working on the most challenging infrastructure projects.”

HNTB continues to experience a remarkable period of growth across Wisconsin driven by the increasing demand for infrastructure-related work. Currently, construction is underway to expand HNTB’s office space in downtown Milwaukee, after adding new space just a year and a half ago. With career opportunities for dozens of new positions, the firm anticipates sustainable and continued growth.

HNTB’s clients include Wisconsin Department of Transportation, cities of Milwaukee and Madison, Milwaukee County, Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District, the Milwaukee Bucks and others.

HNTB has worked on, or is currently involved with, some of the most high-profile infrastructure projects in Wisconsin, many contributing significantly to Milwaukee’s resurgence. These include I-794/Lake Interchange, I-43 North-South, I-39/90/94 in Madison, the Hop streetcar, CONNECT (East-West) Bus Rapid Transit, I-41 in Appleton, Fiserv Forum, and Jackson Park and Wilson Park Creek rehab projects.
