The recognition underscores HNTB’s continued investment in its people, culture and vision to deliver infrastructure solutions for its clients across the state.
The annual NJBIZ ranking is based on confidential employee feedback and an evaluation of corporate practices, policies and demographics. Key areas assessed include employee engagement, leadership, workplace culture, job satisfaction and retention.
