Firm’s formal career planning and development process recognized for empowering employee growth and career advancement
MIAMI (Aug. 4, 2025) – HNTB has been selected as the 2025 recipient of the Professional Development Award given by the American Council of Engineering Companies of Florida for its efforts in development of employees and supporting their career advancement.
Each year, ACEC Florida celebrates excellence and achievement in engineering through its awards and recognition program. The Professional Development Award honors employers who have made exceptional contributions to advancing and enhancing the engineering profession through exemplary employment policies and practices.

HNTB has a thorough Career Planning & Development (CPD) process to align employees’ goals with business objectives. Through ongoing training programs, employees can advance their careers in different specialties and geographic locations.

- HNTB sponsorship of professional committee membership
- Support for individuals’ professional certification or training
