Melville Fisher III and Zineb Bouizy selected for national leadership development program
KANSAS CITY, Mo. (March 6, 2026) — HNTB’s Melville Fisher III and Zineb Bouizy have been selected to participate in the Construction Management Association of America’s (CMAA) Emerging Leaders Program, a competitive, yearlong program that develops future leaders in the construction management profession. Their participation reflects HNTB’s commitment to building strong leaders who support clients and deliver technical excellence across major infrastructure programs.

The program participants engage in facilitated learning sessions with industry leaders, attend CMAA national conferences and collaborate on a capstone group project focused on advancing the industry.
Fisher, based in HNTB’s Seattle office, is a construction engineer supporting the delivery of complex transportation infrastructure programs, including Sound Transit’s East Link Extension project. He works closely with owners, contractors and design partners to help advance project delivery, manage risk and support effective decision‑making throughout construction.

Zineb Bouizy
Bouizy, based in HNTB’s New York office, is a senior field engineer with experience spanning structural design, construction and program management on major transportation programs. She is currently supporting the Newark Liberty International Airport AirTrain Program, where she works with multidisciplinary teams to advance complex guideway structures and help clients navigate technical, operational and delivery challenges.
