Veteran HNTB leader brings more than two decades of experience supporting operational excellence and client success
DENVER (August 12, 2026) – HNTB Corporation has named Samuel Peloquin as the firm’s West Division operations officer. In this role, Peloquin will work with office and division leadership to advance operational excellence, project delivery, resource management, financial performance, quality programs and strategic initiatives supporting clients across the West Division.
With more than 23 years at HNTB, Peloquin has held a series of leadership roles spanning finance and operations. As West Division finance director, he worked closely with leadership teams to advance growth and strengthen business performance. Previously, as Northwest Division operations officer, he helped drive operational excellence and support project delivery across the division.
“Samuel combines operational expertise with a collaborative leadership style and a deep understanding of our business,” said Jeff Watson, PE, HNTB West Division president. “His ability to strengthen processes, develop our people and partner across the division will help us continue delivering exceptional results for our clients.”
Peloquin earned bachelor’s degrees in finance and real estate finance from Southern Methodist University.
