Tillu returns to HNTB to support aviation architecture projects in Clark County
LAS VEGAS – (Oct. 5, 2026) – HNTB Corporation has named Rajeev Tillu aviation project director and associate vice president. With extensive experience in large-scale airport infrastructure projects, Tillu will manage all aspects of projects as well as lead design services for major airport terminal programs.
“Rajeev brings a proven ability to align stakeholder and team priorities to deliver innovative, high-performing aviation projects,” said Mike Inabinet, PE, president of markets and services at HNTB. “His combination of design leadership and strategic planning helps clients create airport facilities that enhance the traveler experience and support operational excellence.”
Tillu has more than three decades of aviation project management experience, most recently having served as principal project manager overseeing the North Terminal Expansion Project at Denver International Airport and as senior aviation project manager for major terminal redevelopment and Federal Inspection Service programs at San Diego International Airport (SAN).
During his previous tenure at HNTB, he led large-scale terminal redevelopment efforts at Los Angeles International Airport and SAN, consistently delivering complex, multidisciplinary projects on schedule and earning design excellence recognition for the Terminal 2 West expansion, the first LEED Platinum certification awarded to an airport terminal.
Tillu earned a Master of Architecture from University of Colorado, completed an executive leadership program through Cornell University and is a certified member of the American Association of Airport Executives.
