New office space and growing team reflect firm’s commitment to Southern Nevada
LAS VEGAS (Sept. 22, 2025) – HNTB, a leading infrastructure solutions firm, has expanded its Las Vegas office, moving into a significantly larger space in the same building at 6720 Via Austi Parkway. The move underscores HNTB’s long-term commitment to the region and its clients as Southern Nevada experiences significant growth in transportation, aviation and sports infrastructure.
HNTB has steadily grown its presence in the community and plans to quadruple its team size over the next five years. The Las Vegas office not only represents HNTB’s growing local footprint but also brings together national leaders in specialties such as aviation planning and engineering. These experts support a wide range of projects, including policy work for the Nevada Department of Transportation and initiatives across the Nevada market, harnessing the full depth of HNTB’s firmwide capabilities.
“Living in Las Vegas gives me a firsthand view of the city’s potential and the people who make it thrive,” said Michelle Dippel, president of HNTB’s Western Region and executive vice president. “I’m excited that our growth will bring new jobs and opportunities, reinforcing HNTB’s commitment to the community I proudly call home.”
HNTB’s Las Vegas team is already delivering high-profile, transformative projects in the region, including designing the new A’s ballpark; environmental, planning and design projects across the Clark County Department of Aviation’s airport system; and supporting Brightline West, a high-speed passenger rail system connecting Las Vegas and Southern California. These projects build on the firm’s legacy of delivering high-quality infrastructure solutions across multiple sectors, while engaging meaningfully with state and local leaders to support Southern Nevada’s infrastructure needs.
“Las Vegas is a community that thrives on collaboration and innovation, and it’s inspiring to be part of a region so dedicated to building a better future for both residents and visitors,” said Shannon Gaffney, HNTB Northern California and Nevada office leader. “Our new office reflects HNTB’s long-term commitment to Southern Nevada. We’re here to stay, to grow with the community and to deliver infrastructure that makes a lasting impact.”
