Warner will further build on the office’s impressive history of client success and seek new paths for growth
SANTA ANA, Calif. (Aug. 4, 2025) – HNTB Corporation, a leading infrastructure solutions firm, has named David Warner, PE, as office leader for the Orange County/Inland Empire office. In this role, he leads a multidisciplinary team delivering innovative transportation infrastructure solutions across highway, toll, transit, aviation, municipal and intelligent mobility sectors.
Warner joined HNTB in 2023 as West Region sales officer, where he was focused on maximizing growth in the firm’s West Division and Northwest Division, comprising a 13-state region.

Warner brings more than 20 years in the architecture and engineering industry, with broad business and infrastructure experience that includes project delivery, business development, profit and loss management and government relations. Earlier in his career, he served another consulting firm as California district leader, and prior to that as the Pacific Northwest district leader. He has led teams throughout the western U.S. to partner with local and regional leaders, stakeholders and clients to support the delivery of infrastructure programs and initiatives.

Warner received his MBA from City University of Seattle and a bachelor’s in civil engineering from Iowa State University. He is a licensed professional civil engineer in California and Washington.
