Andrew Kreck appointed West Division construction services leader and business development officer
Accomplished transportation leader brings more than 34 years of expertise to strengthen client engagement and market expansion
SAN JOSE, Calif. – (June 29, 2026) – HNTB Corporation has appointed Andrew Kreck, PE, CCM, as the firm’s West Division construction services leader and business development officer. In this role, Kreck will lead the continued growth and strategic expansion of HNTB’s construction services practice across key Western markets, including Washington, Utah, Colorado, Nevada, California and Arizona.
Kreck brings more than 30 years of experience delivering complex transportation and infrastructure programs. Most recently, he strengthened operational performance while serving as HNTB’s West Division operations officer. A dynamic practice builder, he has held both project and client management roles, providing oversight and ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery. His experience spans highway, rail transit and aviation markets, where he has advanced growth initiatives and strengthened client relationships.

Kreck received a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from Drexel University. He is a registered professional engineer in California and a CMAA certified construction manager.
