Cyra guides business development efforts and provides leadership to traffic operations/Intelligent Transportation System projects throughout the country. His transportation engineering experience includes the planning, design, implementation, maintenance and operations of ITS. He also has extensive public agency coordination, training and consensus-building experience and is a nationally recognized expert in the fields of traffic incident management and emergency transportation operations. Cyra is an FHWA TIM master instructor and has trained hundreds of emergency responders throughout the United States.
