Hancock has more than 30 years of engineering experience, specializing in the innovative delivery of projects from procurement through construction, to include design build, design build finance, progressive design build, construction manager/general contractor (CMGC) and public-private partnerships. Hancock brings his 29 years with the North Carolina Department of Transportation to advise on the delivery and constructability of complex projects. His project experience includes working on the Interstate 77 Express Lanes in North Carolina, the Choice Lane P3 Program in Tennessee and the Alligator River Bridge Replacement CMGC in North Carolina.
