Wahr provides more than a decade of experience estimating and delivering projects for two of the largest national and international contractors. He is experienced in both conceptual order of magnitude planning level estimate and full-detailed production driven independent cost estimates. Throughout his career, Wahr has supported owners and clients in large-scale complex construction change and claim scenarios involving both time and cost impacts. He has served as owner representative on the Interstate 65-70 North Split in Indiana and State Route 400 Express Lanes P3 in Georgia.
