Sadeghi has nearly 20 years of experience leading project finance and infrastructure development for large-scale project delivery. She specializes in project development and legal and innovative delivery expertise such as public-private partnerships (P3s) for highways, transit, water, broadband and social infrastructure. Her project experience includes the Maryland Purple Line light rail and the Fargo-Moorhead Area Diversion in Fargo, North Dakota. She currently serves as president of the American Road & Transportation Builders Association’s (ARTBA) P3 Division, where she is helping to promote best practices, foster collaboration between the public and private sectors and shape policy discussions around innovative delivery.
