Landi has nearly 20 years of experience in policy, governance and rulemaking for state transportation programs. Throughout her career, Landi has worked with the North Carolina Department of Transportation and gained experience drafting and reviewing policy and procedures documents, bylaws, agency rules and legislation. Her project experience includes working on a legislatively mandated periodic review and the ensuing readoption of more than 250 rules as well as the implementation of an agency’s first public-private partnership sponsorship contract for litter removal.
