Blum has more than 30 years of experience in project management, systems integration, program risk assessment and legislative advocacy. Throughout his career, he has provided cost and scheduling services to several transportation sectors, including highway, aviation and transit and rail. He leads the delivery of program controls services, including the personnel, tools and methodologies that enable optimal control and successful delivery of projects.
