Crooks has more than 30 years of experience as a finance and project development professional with extensive experience in public-private partnerships (P3). He has led and managed projects in a range of sectors, including highways, transit, rail, water and social infrastructure. With experience as a private developer and an advisor to government owners, Crooks provides strategic infrastructure advisory services to clients on their most complex and impactful projects nationwide. His project experience includes collaborating with the Georgia Department of Transportation on the Major Mobility Investment Program and the Airport Transit Connection: Central Mobility Hub in San Diego, California.
