Boss has more than 30 years of experience providing advisory to public sector leaders seeking to deliver major infrastructure programs. His technical and commercial procurement and contracting experience stems from his 14 years as a public-private partnership contractor-developer for transit, bridges, tunnels, toll express lanes and aviation. As a private developer, Boss worked directly on the LaGuardia Central Terminal Building Replacement Project. He also served as owner representative on the Inglewood Transit Connector in California and the State Route 400 Express Lanes in Georgia.
