Papiernik, Mid-Atlantic division toll practice leader, has 34 years of experience in the planning, design, implementation and operation of technology used for facilities and transportation systems. Papiernik’s career has centered around complex project work and advising public agencies on strategic decisions on technology, policy choices, interoperability and operational efficiencies. He received a bachelor’s degree in geography with a concentration in planning from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania and a master’s degree in information systems from George Mason University.
