Lewis brings more than 20 years of experience as a public owner to his role advising on alternative project delivery in highways, transit, rail and ferry infrastructure. Throughout his career, Lewis has worked with over 100 alternative delivery projects. His project experience includes Interstate 77 Express Lanes in North Carolina, State Route 400 Express Lanes in Georgia and the Choice Lane P3 Program in Tennessee.
