Former NJ TRANSIT executive brings deep operational insight to help transit agencies improve performance and reliability
NEWARK, N.J. (April 16, 2026) – Michael Kilcoyne joins HNTB as a transit practice consultant and vice president, bringing deep operational insight to partner with the firm’s clients to advance service delivery, system performance and long-term organizational success. Kilcoyne, previously served as senior vice president of surface transit and general manager of bus operations at NJ TRANSIT where he was responsible for large-scale transit operations, workforce management and service delivery across a complex bus network.
