NEW YORK (Oct. 23, 2025) — HNTB was honored with the Strategic Advisor of the Year award by the P3 Awards presented on Oct. 22, 2025, in New York. The award recognizes those firms who bring leadership and innovation in advising the delivery of public-private partnership (P3) projects and programs in North America.
The award celebrates HNTB’s commitment to helping clients navigate complex infrastructure challenges on P3 projects through strategic advisory services. From helping shape legislation to structuring billion-dollar procurements, HNTB has worked side-by-side with departments of transportation, transit agencies and other public entities to deliver transformative mobility solutions.

HNTB brings together professionals from diverse backgrounds — including engineering, program delivery, finance, law and government — to offer clients a holistic perspective on P3 delivery. The firm supported landmark efforts such as Georgia Department of Transportation’s SR 400 Express Lanes — helping secure a record-breaking $3.8 billion concession payment.
