Seasoned infrastructure leader to drive strategic growth and client success in dynamic Houston market
HOUSTON, Tex. (July 23, 2025) –HNTB Corporation, a leading infrastructure solutions firm, has named Brad Humphrey as Houston office leader. In this role, he leads a multidisciplinary team delivering innovative transportation infrastructure solutions across highway, transit, aviation, municipal and intelligent mobility sectors.
Humphrey has more than 18 years of experience managing complex programs and leading high-performing teams. Since joining HNTB in 2017, he has held several leadership roles, most recently serving as group director in the firm’s Atlanta office, where he oversaw teams specializing in traffic engineering, intelligent transportation systems, digital transformation, and construction engineering and inspection.

Prior to joining HNTB, Humphrey spent a decade with the Georgia Department of Transportation, where he served as district traffic operations manager and area manager. In these roles, he led engineering teams focused on improving traffic safety and operational efficiency, as well as construction and maintenance teams focused on delivering exceptional service to the public.

Humphrey holds a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from Florida A&M University and a Master of Engineering in civil engineering from Florida State University.
