Prior to joining HNTB, Mitry served as roadway lead for San Bernardino County Transit Authority’s I-10 Express Lanes Design Build Project, where he facilitated the addition of express lanes for two of the four segments. His local experience with Caltrans District 12 includes serving as task order lead to reconstruct the freeway connector between SR-22 and Interstate-5/SR-57 freeways. His experience extends beyond Southern California where he served as both the roadway and MOT lead for a toll lane P3 project in Colorado on I-25 between Colorado Springs and Denver.
