Jonathan Bayles named Central Division Sales Officer for HNTB

Seasoned marketing professional to further build on the division’s impressive history of client service and explore new avenues for growth 

DALLAS (May 20, 2024) – HNTB Corporation named Jonathan Bayles as Central Division sales officer and vice president, overseeing client infrastructure needs across a nine-state region, spanning 16 offices in Texas, Louisiana, Missouri, Kansas, Iowa, Oklahoma, Nebraska, Arkansas and Mississippi.

In his new role, Bayles will help manage HNTB’s growth in the Central Division and work with teams to ensure the delivery of exceptional client service.

“Jonathan’s leadership and proven ability to cultivate relationships will be paramount as we collaborate with our clients to address their transportation and infrastructure needs,” said Scott Haywood, HNTB’s Central Division president and senior vice president. “He will partner with teams in the region and our firmwide resources to further build on HNTB’s impressive history of client successes and delivering infrastructure solutions.”

Bayles has served in a number of leadership roles during his 27 years with HNTB, including Central Division marketing director for the last 14 years. In this role, he led a robust marketing team and offered strategic planning, business development, marketing communications, public relations and sales training support.

Bayles earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Baylor University.
