Nashville Business Journal’s ranking recognizes HNTB’s positive work environment and inspirational leadership
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (April 30, 2024) – HNTB’s Nashville office was announced as a 2024 Best Places to Work honoree by the Nashville Business Journal. The companies recognized in this program have positive work environments, bosses who inspire their teams and the ability to have fun while finding success across all parts of the business.
“Our growth and success in the Nashville area is a testament to our people-centric culture,” said Robbie Hayes, HNTB’s Tennessee group director. “Our professionals not only work on some of the most transformational projects in the state and region, but they also are involved in the community – supporting initiatives like the Tennessee Department of Transportation’s Adopt a Highway Program. We look forward to continuing to see this office grow with individuals who are making a positive impact in their city.”
HNTB opened its new Nashville office in April 2023 and has since more than doubled the number of professionals at this location. The firm has most recently worked with TDOT providing general engineering contract services.
“There is tremendous opportunity in Tennessee,” said Jennifer Schultz, strategy and sales leader and associate vice president. “There is exponential growth in this industry and transportation is at the heart of this city. We are excited for our professionals to build their careers at HNTB.”
The firm has offices nationally that focus on providing planning, design and program and construction management services. HNTB’s signature projects in the Southeast region include performing program management services for the Georgia Department of Transportation; general planning consulting for Atlanta’s MARTA transit system; design of the GoRaleigh Bus Rapid Transit expansion in North Carolina; design of Orlando International Airport’s Terminal C and design of a new international terminal at Tampa International Airport.
