Milwaukee Business Journal’s ranking includes employee confidence in HNTB’s leadership

MILWAUKEE (Oct. 26, 2020) – The Milwaukee office of HNTB Corporation, an infrastructure solutions firm, is among the Best Places to Work in Southeast Wisconsin, according to the Milwaukee Business Journal’s 2020 ranking. The firm ranked first in the list’s large company category (firms with 100-199 local employees).

The annual ranking conducted by the publication recognizes companies with the highest levels of employee satisfaction and engagement as measured from input to a confidential survey assessing employee attitudes toward the firm’s leadership, culture, training and work environment. An evaluation of HNTB’s corporate practices, policies, philosophy and demographics also is included in the ranking.

The large company rankings were shared online Oct. 26 and will be published in the Oct. 30, 2020, print issue of the Milwaukee Business Journal.

“This is a tremendous honor for HNTB and our Wisconsin team as we continue to help clients solve their most challenging transportation and infrastructure projects,” said Ashley Booth, Milwaukee office leader and vice president. “We’ve worked hard to provide an inclusive and equitable working environment that fosters collaboration, embodies diversity, encourages innovation, and welcomes talented individuals who want to partner with colleagues and clients to bring transformational improvements to their communities.”
